A two-vehicle accident at the junction of Hwy. 3 and Hwy. 97 in Osoyoos early Tuesday morning left damage to one vehicle but no visible injuries to any of the vehicle occupants.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:40 a.m. with eyewitnesses saying the red truck was turning eastbound onto Main St. (Hwy. 3) from Hwy. 97 when it collided with a small silver Toyota that was heading north on Hwy. 97.
While the truck was unscathed the small silver Toyota suffered substantial front-end damage.
None of the occupants of either vehicle appeared to have suffered any significant injuries and the B.C. Ambulance service was on the scene and departed after about 20 minutes.
