There was a time to cry and a time to laugh today at Southern Okanagan Secondary School.
Teachers and students paid tribute to Terry Fox by showing an inspirational video of the young man who died of cancer in 1981 after his amazing journey.
Tears were shed, but not for long as the school celebrated “Spirit Day” with several games in the gymnasium, followed by their annual Terry Fox Run.
