The Oliver Landing housing project on Sawmill Road is seeking a development permit (DP) for phases two and three (with variances).

Town council will look at the application tonight at its regular meeting.

The developer is proposing to build Phase II (12 units) and Phase III (16 units) with variances. These include waiving the required off-street loading spaces and decreasing a setback and parcel lines.

Director of Development Services Randy Houle has recommended approval of the permit, noting the proposed development meets the guidelines.
