The 70th annual Southern Okanagan Sportsmen’s Association Game Banquet on February 6 was a full house at the Oliver Community Centre.

Once agin, Heinz and his kitchen staff did a superb job with the wild game offerings, which included cougar, moose and Elk. Everyone left as stuffed as all of the wall mounts.

Young Dillon Wiens was the big winner in the trophy presentations, winning junior high overall. Keep your eye on this young hunter in the future.
