Oliver firefighters are keeping a close eye on their training grounds off Cessna Street.
Last week a suspicious fire broke out amidst four or five cars that firefighters use for training purposes. The suspicion was heightened this morning when someone reported seeing a suspicious person on the property.
Several firefighters converged on the scene. Fire Chief Bob Graham said he spoke to the person who indicated he was waiting for a friend. The chief explained that nobody should be on the property and that members are watching closely to prevent further incidents.
