Oliver RCMP and paramedics were called to a two-vehicle accident on Highway 97 and Road 5 on Tuesday just after 6 pm. It was reported that one vehicle was turning onto the highway when it was rear-ended by another. The male driver of the offending vehicle (the one turning onto the highway) was taken into custody.
