Desert Sun Counselling and Resource Centre tried a new major fundraising event this year, Empty Bowls, and it was a sell-out success. Guests received a bowl that was handmade by members of the Osoyoos Potters Club, which they got to keep, and they sampled soups made by a dozen of the area’s top chefs.
