We dropped in on Osoyoos Music in the Park on July 29 when two local musicians, Brian Highley and Cindy Doucette, were performing. We also talked to two of the Three Amigos who organize these free Friday evening concerts that run at Gyro Park through July and August. A thunderstorm and double rainbow added to the excitement.
