A vehicle accident around 4 p.m. at the intersection of Hwy. 97 and Hwy. 3 forced a traffic diversion around the intersection.
The accident appears to have involved two vehicles – a white van and a grey pickup truck.
First responders were on the scene, including two ambulances but the extent of injuries, if any, are not known.
