A multiple vehicle accident on Hwy. 97 at the south end of Vaseux Lake backed up traffic towards Oliver in the early afternoon today (July 3) with the Oliver Fire Department (OFD) classifying it as a “mass causality incident (MCI)”.

The movement of the Keremeos Creek wildfire has closed Hwy. 3A in both directions between Keremeos and Junction Hwy 97 (Kaleden Junction) for 31.5 km from about noon Tuesday, according to DriveBC.
