The South Okanagan Rehabilitation Centre for Owls, better known as SORCO, hosted their annual open house on Sunday.
The event is the only time of year the public is invited to visit the centre and engage with the raptors.
The event featured tours of the centre’s facilities, a silent auction, 22 local nature and wildlife exhibitors and even a cake to celebrate Houdini the owl’s 18th birthday.
