Demonstrators from “Prepare for Change,” an international Libertarian group took to the streets of Oliver on April 4. The group’s mission is to “act as a stabilizing force during and after the ‘event’ to ensure a positive, peaceful and non-violent change on our world.” The members of the local chapter seen here are Diane Smith (left) and Melissa Kotyluk. They will be periodically demonstrating at various locations around town for the next three months.
