The Oliver Fire Department (OFD) presented a cheque to the Knights of Columbus yesterday in the amount of $1,500 raised at last weekend’s 11th annual Drive-Thru Breakfast at the Oliver Firehall.

“We are thrilled that this money will be going towards the further funding of the annual Christmas Hampers during the holiday season,” the OFD said in a social media post.
The OFD also thanked Wolf Tree Coffee for their fresh roasted coffee, Twisted Hills Cidery for their apple donation and Oliver Eats for supplying the food. The OFD also gave a shoutout to the Osoyoos Fire Rescue and two of of the local BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS) crews for coming for stopping by.

“We are always happy to support our neighbouring agencies both on and off scene! We’re glad their fundraiser was successful and thank them for the delicious breakfast,” commented the Osoyoos Fire Rescue.
