Know of anyone that should be recognized for their outstanding volunteering in the community?
Osoyoos’ volunteers are once again being recognized with an annual Volunteer Appreciation Awards and Breakfast in April, and the Town is now accepting nominations.
The four awards categories include best volunteer project, council appointed committee or taskforce member, outstanding individual volunteer and outstanding community group.
Nomination packages are available on osoyoos.ca, and at the Sonora Community Centre and Town Hall.
Nominations and RSVPs must be in by March 15.
The event is on April 6 at 8:30 a.m. at the Sonora Community Centre.
