Two new bylaw enforcement officers will join the ranks in Oliver.
Town council recently rescinded the appointment of Madison Silvers and appointed Mark Shiplack and Laurel Marcott as bylaw officers.
Corporate Officer Diane Vaykovich said the contractor has increased its enforcement pool to accommodate increased patrols in local parks and on the hike and bike path this summer.
The current pool of officers includes Shilo Lyver, Cayla Gray, Shayla Michalycia and Daniel Lyver. With the additional two, the total is six officers enforcing the Town’s bylaws.
