Motorcyclist injured in accident

A motorcyclist suffered undetermined injuries Tuesday afternoon following a reported accident with another vehicle on Highway 97 between River Road and Secrest Hill Road north of Oliver.

BC Ambulance paramedics and Oliver firefighters tended to the patient who was taken to hospital.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.

The highway is now cleared.
