Paramedics attend to an injured man in Osoyoos who was thrown into the middle of an intersection from his scooter after hitting a stop sign this morning at around 9 A.M.
The single-vehicle accident occurred at the junction of 115th St. and Strawberry Creek Dr. Aside from injuring his foot and/or leg, the man did not any suffer life-threatening injuries. Access to and from Hwy 97 via Strawberry Creek Dr. was briefly blocked.
Osoyoos Fire Rescue and RCMP attended the scene.
