I have attached a photo of the flag currently being flown at the Osoyoos Post Office.
It has been like this since about mid-December.
Earlier this week, I asked a very nice lady at the counter, and she told me that she was aware of it and was awaiting permission from her supervisor in Penticton to replace it. Really?
This is a federal building and this flag is disgusting.
Being that we live in a windy town, shouldn’t there be a stockpile of six or so flags on hand at all times to immediately replace a damaged flag?
