Dear Editor:
The mayor and council of our town deserve high praise for the development of Gyro park. A body of people that are subjected to criticism more often than necessary, I would like to lead the charge in offering congratulations for a job well done. so many times we are dissatisfied with how our tax dollar has been spent, we freely criticize knowing well, there will be no recourse, however my meager tax dollar was spent wisely.
I am not an architect or an engineer, from a layman’s perception, I don’t know how it could be bettered. the traffic pattern and the protection put in place to safe guard those on the beach is a result of much good thinking. The bowling green and the ample parking is a plus, the Wibit play area and the barriers put in place to confine an area, has been readily appreciated by the mothers I spoke with.
