The mad doctor of Charlie’s Hair in Oliver has prepared his deranged mind to scare the candy out of trick or treaters on Halloween. The disembodied head was previously confined to the collectibles shop, but escaped with the help of a possessed patron. The mad doctor revels in creeping people out with his insane laughter and hypnotic stare. He’s cooking up something special for All Hallow’s Eve, so beware.
