The Evacuation Order for 191 properties identified within the Nk’Mip Creek area of Electoral Area A has been rescinded according to the latest update from the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS) at 4 p.m. July 29.
But due to what the RDOS says is a “continued threat of fire and potential to expand back into this area,” 131 of these properties will remain on Evacuation Alert.
