A downed power pole closed a section of Tucelnuit Drive in Oliver this morning.
Firefighters were called to secure the scene where power lines were dangling close to the road in the area of Crest-a-Way and the Okanagan Correctional Centre.
FortisBC was called to fix the damaged pole. Crews were still on scene over the lunch hour.
There was no report of what caused the damage.
