Through rain, sleet or hail, vaccine clinics are moving ahead at a brisk pace.
That was evident in Oliver earlier today as many people lined up for their first COVID-19 shot . . . in the pouring rain.
The lineup was long at 11 a.m. when the outdoor clinic began administering the vaccine in tents on Station Street near the Oliver Visitor Centre.
People who didn’t bring umbrellas got soaked. The clinic, which does not require an appointment, runs until 6 p.m.
