Two vehicles sustained extensive damage but no serious injuries were reported following a collision north of Oliver Thursday evening.
Oliver RCMP report that a northbound driver of a Chrysler turned left on Gallagher Lake Frontage Road off Highway 97. The vehicle “misjudged” and turned in front of a southbound Chevrolet and caused a collision, according to police.
The Oliver Fire Department described the incident as a rollover.
Police report that a traffic violation ticket was issued, but no criminal charges are pending.
