Homeowners on Meadows Drive in Oliver got the shock of their life this afternoon when a car crashed into their house.
Firefighters, ambulance and police attended the call after 3 p.m. when a Nissan Altima crashed through a fence and struck a support beam in the back of a home in the 6,600 block of Meadows.
The driver of the vehicle reportedly escaped serious injury.
A young witness on scene said he was driving in the area when he saw a deer run across the road behind him, which may have caused the accident.
The Times-Chronicle is attempting to get more details from police.
