The picture is certainly worth a thousand words.

And organizer Jo Tanner is confident it will turn into thousands of dollars.

Oliver Elementary School students, and Tanner, representing Oliver Missions, have organized a bottle drive to raise funds for the Tumlinson Trust Fund. Barton Tumlinson, OES’s Principal, passed away suddenly Jan. 23rd.

The bottle drive will take place at Oliver’s T-2 Market Saturday, Feb. 14th from 9 am until 3 pm.

As of Friday afternoon, a whopping $441.10 had already been raised.

Residents are asked to bring their bottles down to T-2 Market Saturday, and enjoy the food and activities planned for the day.

It’s all for a great cause, and a great man.
