South Okanagan Hockey Association Atom Development Hockey Tournament taking place in Osoyoos and Oliver
Come our and support the 41st Annual Atom Fiesta!
The Fiesta was the first hockey tournament held at the new Sun Bowl Arena in 1975 and has been going strong ever since.
This year the tournament welcomes 13 teams from across the province and will kick off with the Opening Ceremonies at 7 p.m. on Friday.
The host South Okanagan Atom Coyotes is scheduled to play at 1.45 p.m. on Friday.
Their second game is also scheduled for Friday, immediately following the opening ceremonies (game start at 7.45).
Two more games will be played by the local team on Saturday at 11 a.m. and 6.15 p.m., with finals to be determined for Sunday.
While tournament games are scheduled at both the Sun Bowl Arena in Osoyoos and the Oliver Arena, the South Okanagan team games on Friday and Saturday are all in Osoyoos.
The South Okanagan Minor Hockey Association is celebrating a banner year with each of the PeeWee Rep, Bantam Rep, and Midget Rep teams heading to their respective provincial tournaments.
