Dear Editor:
I really like the way federal NDP leader Thomas Mulcair and Liberal leader Justin Trudeau stood with their people during the recent lockdown in Ottawa on Parliament Hill.
Both are courageous leaders and true Canadians.
They beautifully demonstrated our No. 1 core value as Canadians, which is “shared destiny.”
Canadians stand together during times of adversity and danger. It’s a visceral thing.
