Osoyoos RCMP are recommending charges of mischief over $5,000 and arson following the arrest of two Osoyoos residents in connection with a vandalism and arson incident at Gyro Park.
A 21-year-old male and 19-year-old female are scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, March 9.
The incident occurred in the early morning of Jan. 29 when RCMP were called to Gyro Park where the men’s washroom was vandalized with graffiti and a fire was set inside causing extensive smoke damage.
