Town council will hear an application on Monday for a development permit for a mini-storage and container rental business on Maple Avenue.
Director of Development Services Randy Houle reports the applicant is seeking approval to develop four industrial lots into a metal storage and off-site container rental business. The applicant is also seeking a variance to decrease setbacks to accommodate the development.
Houle notes the zoning bylaw permits outdoor storage containers in this area.
He adds the developer will be doing some landscaping and constructing an attractive cedar fence along the front of the property line.
Houle recommends that council approve the permit.
