I would like to take the time to commend one of our local businesses here in Osoyoos.
In September of 2014, I asked the three local plumbers in town to give me a quote on installing an “on demand hot water heater.”
Two of these companies sent me a quote. Finally after three phone calls, the third business told me they would send someone to see me at 5 p.m. The next afternoon, however, no one ever showed up.
Of the two quotes that I received, I decided to take the lowest since the price spread was quite large.
My Ultra Series Rinnai water system was installed as quoted and in the time specified. The job was neat and tidy and the service done by the owner, David Wilchynski, and his staff was everything anyone could ask for.
I had a small problem arise and I phoned the shop late at night leaving a message. Mr. Wilchynski got back to me within an hour and got the problem solved by early the next morning.
I would highly recommend this new business – Action Plumbing and Heating Inc. – to anyone in our area who needs the services of a plumber.
