Dear Editor:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the people in Osoyoos and across the region for your generosity in donating well over 100 pairs of pyjamas to the local Christmas pyjama drive.
The less fortunate children across School District 53 woke up once again on Christmas morning to a new, warm, comfortable pyjamas thanks to your generosity.
All of the pyjamas that were purchased were distributed to the children through School District 53 Board Chair Marieze Tarr and various school principals. I would like to thank Marieze and the principals for their assistance in this program.
I wish the best of the season to everyone and may 2017 be healthy and happy to all.
