Art Learned. Art Loved. Art Lived.

That’s the slogan on the front of the Oliver Community Arts Council brochure.

And the ‘Wild Women’ of Oliver certainly learned, love, and live their art.
Leza McDonald, in back, has been working with Patty Gebbie, Sue James, Terry Irvine and Diane Gane, left to right, to produce works of art they can be very proud of. McDonald took somewhat erotic photos of each, then had them paint what was in the photo during sessions at the Quail’s Nest.
Pick up your copy of the Oliver Chronicle Aug. 27th and check out Out & About with Marji Basso for a feature on the ‘Wild Women’, and their many talents.
