Kendra Leinor from Oliver is this year’s winner of the Governor General Award for highest academic ranking in her class.
The Southern Okanagan Secondary graduate was recently presented with the medal by principal Tracy Harrington.
Leinor recently won the school’s Senior Academic Cup for obtaining a 98 per cent average.
