Fairview Mountain would like to announce the hiring of new Food & Beverage Manager, Colin Davey.
Colin joins the club after serving in the position of F&B Manager for four years at Olympic View Golf Club (2007-2011), as well as the General Manager of Prospect Lake Golf Club (2011-2014) both located in the greater Victoria area.
“I would like to welcome Colin to our team and our club and ask all members to do so when you get the chance, said Brian McDonald, GM/Director of Golf. “During his time at Olympic View, Colin managed the day to day lounge operations as well as oversaw a large volume of banquets and weddings at this well-known, high traffic “Golf BC” property. Colin, a PGA of Canada member, has an extensive golf background which should only further aid him in the overseeing of all of Fairview Mountain’s Food & Beverage operations: lounge, snack shack, beverage cart, and tournament & banquets operations.”
Davey is originally from Winnipeg but is glad to now call the South Okanagan home.
