The Sun Bowl Skating Club attended their first competition of 2025 on Feb. 7-9 with the team collectively racking up 13 Silvers, 6 Bronzes, and 12 personal bests. “This combined with new solos, first-time competitors, and first-time events makes it no easy feat!” said Patricia Fortunato, Head Coach.

The 2025 Okanagan Regional Championships event was hosted by the Glengarry Skating Club in Penticton and brought about a number of great achievements for the skaters and club. Overall, the Osoyoos club had 18 skaters compete over 27 events, the highest participation in years, according to Fortunato.
