Dear Editor:
The condition of the Town of Osoyoos’ Lakeview Cemetery deserves a round of applause.
Our town employees, who dedicate their time and energy into the maintenance and care of the final resting place of our loved ones, deserve kudos on a job well done.
Visiting the gravesites at Lakeview Cemetery is always a peaceful, positive experience as the grass is always neatly trimmed and the trees are pruned and trees and branches that fall after a windstorm are picked up quickly.
It is my experience that the cemetery is always tidy and neat. Having the pride of workmanship by those who maintain our cemetery is evident.
Thank you and hats off to the people who take such good care of this area that is so very precious to so many people.
Your hard work is appreciated.
