I just wanted to say a big thank you to Wendy at No Frills.
I did a large shop recently with my daughter. I am a single mom with seven kids so I stretch every penny.
I unknowingly left a bag of groceries behind on a till valued at about $60. I went back four days later to get a few things and Wendy not only recognized me, but ran and got my groceries. She had labelled them “paid and left behind, do not remove.” She had put frozen items in the freezer and cold items in the fridge.
I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. I am on a budget and the fact that she cared enough about a customer’s purchases and did what she did is above and beyond.
No Frills is lucky to have her and I know I sure was that day. Thank you, Wendy.
