Last week’s heavy rains left several areas flooded, including the community of Willowbrook.
Johnson Culvert, by the riding arena, has flooded leaving the nearby road and creeks overflowing.
The area now has a “strong odour of septic sewage,” says Willowbrook resident Jim Stanley.
