Highway 97 between Park Rill Road and Island Road is closed this morning due to flood mitigation work at Sportsmen’s Bowl Road.
Area C director Terry Schafer reported that construction crews are installing a bigger culvert across the highway.
Traffic heading north on Highway 97 must detour on Park Rill Road, while motorists heading south into town must detour on Island Road.
