Five years ago, brothers Connor Costa (left) and Cameron Costa posed for a photo with cousin Brandon Steel or Prince George (right) on Dairy Queen’s Miracle Treat Day. They look much older in this photo taken today (Thursday) marking the same event. Connor, 13, now works at Osoyoos Dairy Queen. Brother Cameron is 11 and Brandon is 14. Five years ago, in 2013, we photographed brothers Connor and Cameron Costa, from Osoyoos, with their cousin Brandon Steel from Prince George, enjoying Blizzard Treats on Dairy Queen’s Miracle Treat Day.

This year, on Thursday, Aug. 9, the boys marked Miracle Treat Day by getting together for another Blizzard Treat. The boys look much older and Connor now works at Osoyoos Dairy Queen. Our five-year anniversary photo was taken with the boys seated at the same table as five years earlier.

It’s not often the three can be together and it’s even more rare for them to be together on Miracle Treat Day. Fortunately, their grandparents Len and Mary Dyck, from White Rock, brought Brandon down to Osoyoos.
