The Osoyoos Fire Rescue (OFR) pulled off a successful Food Bank Fundraiser on Saturday (Nov. 23) with local firefighters stated at both Save-On-Foods and Nesters Market collecting donations for the Osoyoos Food Bank. 

“We want to thank this entire community for supporting the Food Bank Fundraiser today. As a community we overflowed our command truck with donations and raised over $1,500.”

The OFR  expressed gratitude to Save-On-Foods Osoyoos & Nesters Market and the volunteers from Osoyoos Food Bank for working with them to support those in need.

“Also, a special shoutout to our friends from Oliver Fire Department for coming by and donating a few boxes!” the OFR added.

Earlier in the day the OFR showed their support by paying a visit to the Oliver Fire Department’s Drive-Thru Breakfast.
