The end of the construction on Fairview Road is in sight as crews prepare to pave the road on Wednesday.
Grizzly Excavating Ltd. has advised that re-paving on Fairview Road will take place on May 30.
Works continue on Station Street to upgrade road, water, sewer and storm water infrastructure. Residents will continue to experience traffic disruptions in this area.
The Town of Oliver issued a statement thanking the public for their patience during delays in construction due to an extraordinary high water table which “significantly slowed the progress of this project.”
The Town is also asking residents to support local businesses directly impacted by the construction.
