Time to dust off those dancing shoes!

The Kenny “Blues Boss” Wayne Trio will be coming to Osoyoos on Friday, February 15 to perform at the Elks Hall.

Wayne has been nominated for five Juno awards, most recently in 2018. He also won the Blues Juno in 2006.

In 2017, he was inducted into the Boogie Woogie Piano Hall of Fame in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Wayne has been nominated for a Maple Blues Award for best Canadian blues piano player of the year 17 times, including in 2018, and has won the award six times, including in 2017.

He has released 12 albums, including Inspired by the Blues which was released this fall on the Stony Plain Records label.

Wayne has performed extensively in Canada, the United States, Russia, Mexico, France, Spain, Israel, Mexico, the Caribbean and South America.

He also has an upcoming tour in Russia this spring.

Next weekend, he’s bringing his talent to the Elks halls in Osoyoos and Oliver.

The Kenny “Blues Boss” Wayne Trio performs on Friday, Feb. 15 at 8 p.m. in Osoyoos, and the following night in Oliver.

Tickets are $25 and on sale at Mills Office Productivity for the Osoyoos show, and Sundance Video and the Oliver Elks Lodge for the Oliver show.
