Highway to Healing, the new and already robust support society is counting down to the gala concert of the season.

 

Join them under the sun and stars as Canadian legendary tenor Michael Burgess “Sings Again” on Sunday, Aug. 3 at the Oliver Community Stage.

 

Gates open at 4 pm to food, wine, spirits, beer and collectible vendors. The concert gets underway at 7 pm.

 

Tickets are $25 in advance or $35 at the gate. Tickets are available in Oliver at Buy-Low Foods, Oliver Parks and Recreation, Beyond Bliss, and Paw Prints Gallery. In Osoyoos, tickets are available at Buy-Low Foods, Home Hardware, and Polka Dot Door. In Penticton, they are available at Front Street Gallery, Winemaster, and South Okanagan Country Radio. If you’re in Okanagan Falls, pick them up at the library. In Princeton, you can get them at the Similkameen News Leader.

 

Oliver Mayor Ron Hovanes was instrumental in directing Michael Burgess’ generous offer to perform for “a worthy cause” this summer to the board of Highway to Healing (H2H).

 

Highway to Healing provides necessary aid to families in need of their support. They are dedicated, motivated, enthusiastic and pleased to give back to the community with an event that celebrates their future, putting the fun back in fundraising.
