In its bid to be more transparent, the Town of Oliver has released another batch of previously closed resolutions.
These resolutions were made for the period June 1 to December 31, 2017.
They include the following:
That council confer the “Freedom of the Municipality” award to Chief Clarence Louie from the Osoyoos Indian Band.
Undertake discussions with owners of 6089 Main Street respecting construction of two strata units in which the Town would own one unit for its operations.
Start a Town hall location business case to determine best location for Town hall.
That council allocate up to $30,000 towards a feasibility study for a regional pool.
Enter an agreement for the sale price of $112,500 for the Town’s condominium unit at Park Place on McKinney Road.
