The AG Foods supermarket in Osoyoos is now a Nesters Food Market with the change of signage going up on Wednesday Sept. 28.
But before you get too excited, in actual fact the supermarket has been a Nesters since February, just without the branding.
The changeover won’t result in any dramatic differences from AG, the Times Chronicle understands. Product selection and prices will see minor changes but for all intents and purposes its more of a backend change in terms of warehousing and supplier lists.
Like the AG that came before it, Nesters is also owned by the Jim Pattison Group, as is the Buy Low Foods further up Main Street.
