Graham was one of nine guest readers asked to visit the school for Reading with the Community Day on October 10. The goal of the event is to help students maintain an enthusiasm for reading. Guests included a representative from the local RCMP detachment, SD53, the Town of Oliver and the Oliver Chronicle. Reading with the Community Day coincides with Library Month, an initiative of the Canadian Library Association that aims to raise awareness of the cultural role that libraries play in the lives of Canadians.
