Canadian hip-hop artist Transit gave a free concert Sunday for students of Osoyoos Secondary School and others in the community. He was there to show solidarity with the students and community for all they’ve gone through in the past three months with the closure of OSS. Transit even performed a song he just wrote about the school closure, that points to the unfairness and takes a shot at MLA Linda Larson. As a surprise, headliner B. Dolan from Rhode Island also took to the stage. The two later performed at JoJo’s Café with DJ Jonny Williams. (Richard McGuire photo)
