OOSAR helps rescue paraglider after hard landing

The Oliver/Osoyoos Search & Rescue (OOSAR) responded to a call Thursday evening just after 6 p.m.,  regarding a paraglider who had a hard landing in the hills of the Seacrest area in Oliver.
